Saad Al-Lazeez

Before joining NEOM SC, Saad served as Vice Chairman and CEO of the Saudi Pro League (SPL), where he spearheaded the design of the SPL’s transformation program, aimed at professionalizing and improving the value of the league and its clubs. At the heart of this initiative was the launch of PACE Player Acquisition Centre of Excellence a game changing platform that revolutionized player reshaped the League into one of the world’s fastest-growing competitions across global football. His leadership has overseen the acquisition of over 100 world-class players, the implementation of cutting-edge player welfare solutions, and the recruitment of top-tier football executives to execute the league’s ambitious growth strategy.
