Rolando Martins

Rolando has over 30 years of experience in planning, organizing and operations of World Expos, from Lisbon to Shanghai, from Zaragoza to Dubai 2020. In the latter he was Chief Visitor Experience Officer in the 2 years leading up to the event and COO during Expo Dubai 2020.He was also responsible for developing the legacy plans that followed some Expos, notably in Lisbon. And is currently involved in urban development projects in the new master plan of Expo City Dubai. He holds a degree in Business Management and a degree in Architecture, and he specializes in Urbanism.
